My guess is that Elude/Overload and a couple of inspis should work. iirc, holds drop BG mode (you get epic hold at 40+), I am not 100% sure though. Although, the bad thing is that if you in a small map with /Dark MM, you cant get rid of Darkest Night easily.

with IOs ita alot less end intensive than it used to be plus you get the best defence with the best burst damage.

Currently thanks to set bonuses and quickness I have +45% Passive recharge and +115% recharge when hasten is up at warburg lvl. This means elude is only down for 160 seconds for me and up 180 seconds

I know people have even improved on that so things can only get better

Pretty much everything you said is right. Little help here, iirc the most little downtime that you can get is 1 minute.

EA only have 3% more defense than SR according to my builder. And better tier9.

Powerleveling for money and/or Companies that sell accounts and offer other powerleveling services are all illegal IIRC. Simply, find a team (in CoV you will need some extra patience). Stalkers can solo Relentless papers from lvl 12-14. I know many stalkers that solo'd all the way to 50. First with paper missions and then with Warburg missions. We also now got Rikti missions, which i havent tried yet, so i dont know what xp/bonus they give.

I always wanted, and i will always want it. Lvl 50 FFA zone.

In 1v1s, Claws do pretty well. Better than Dark melee scrappers imo.

Thats right, and to top it off it also has 20%+ res to psi damage.. Nin heal is awesome. Eventually something like halfbar every 20 seconds.

Only thing nin lacks is the knockback protection, which I agree is kinda major, but you can get acro or fly like my stalker.

Depends on the situations really. My nin stalker is doing ok most of the times without Acro. Sometimes though, its a pain. Fear res/Psi Res awesome. And i'd guess IOs could take away the KB problem. Nin = SR at defense toggles. same defense they offer. SR got the autos of course... which many dont take. and tbh i like Quickness+Hasten for elude. So both sides got advantages and disadvantages... Your choice.

SR got quickness too, i love this power. And i thought Nin has confuse res too?

Not at stalkers, most people dont take Evasion,Dodge,Agile when they make an /SR stalk.

Nrg/Sr has the most powerful attacks, DM is bit more difficult to play due to the fact that cant 2 shot Scrappers etc without using placate. ToF is ace power which let you to feel a bit of controller-Stalker. Both have have smash/* Negative/Energy damage, which imo, makes them the 2 best primaries for stalkers.
