"Now, now. All things in due time, child."
[/ QUOTE ]
Thule didn't care what the girls name was. He just wanted out of the chair. His attention shifted to the new comer, Sibil, she was called.
"What do you want?" -
Now how did this get to the Infinity fourms...?
+1
EDIT: Realised that it wasn't in the Infinity fourms.
Glad to see you back, Hermod. -
[ QUOTE ]
"Escape? From what?" asked the girl, keeping both eyes locked on Thule's. He felt a small tingle in the back of his head as she increased the mental pressure on her 'lie detector.'
[/ QUOTE ]
"Escaping from the Masters and their hunters. Elitist has turned on me. Sent all his hunters after me. I'm a wanted man, right now. I managed to escape by scrambling their trackers and sending them off in random directions. There has been twenty sent off, only one is part right."
Thule looked at the ground. He didn't like the binds on the chair. He was tempted to cut them and stand face to face with his 'captor'. -
[ QUOTE ]
The girl looked down at the small blade. "But you don't want to use it." This was a statement, not a fact. If Thule wasn't already on guard, he might notice that he really didn't even like using the blade. "But you didn't really answer my question. I'll be more specific. Why were you watching them?"
[/ QUOTE ]
"Why was I watching them? I wasn't. I teleported there and they happened to be there. I tried to escape the area but diving into the bushes, but they noticed me. Any more questions?" -
[ QUOTE ]
She took a step closer, a bold move. However, she was confident that if Thule planned to make any false moves, she would know it. "I'll give you a chance to just tell the truth yourself. Why are you here?"
[/ QUOTE ]
"And what did I just think? Talking? You don't want me to think about talking? Or do you not want me to think about breaking out of the many holes you have in this device and gutting you where you stand?" He laughed, "Of course, I wouldn't do that would I? It would ruin my chances."
"Why am I here? Your poor escuse for a supply patrol picked me up. I went willingly, or it would have taken alot more than you have in this entire compound to take me in this state that I am in. I would like to point out that you are in range of being kicked." Thule pressed his right toe down into his boot and onto a switch. A small compact, but still very sharp blade poked out from the tip of his boot. -
[ QUOTE ]
They lead Thule to the chair with the intent of strapping him in. As they did, a girl no more than fifteen stepped into the light. Her long, black hair gleamed even in the dull light. Part of it covered her face, but didn't hide the look of hate she had in her eyes for anyone who worked for the Masters.
[/ QUOTE ]
"So, you would be whom? I have no problem with being strapped into a chair with power restraints. Just be sure that it is strong enough to hold me."
If worst came to worst, he had a way out of the chair. His respect for the Resistance would be lessened greatly if this was indeed their leader. Not for the fact she was a she, not for the fact that she was a teenager, but for the fact that if this was indeed their leader, he could easily assassinate them if it was his mission.
As far as he could see, there was nothing blocking his wrist-blades from cutting the straps, and then all he'd have to do was tense his leg muscles to expand them enough to loosen the straps. Of course, he would have to do the latter casually. He was doing so as he spoke. Once this was done, he could lunge himself at the leader, blades first, and probably take her arms clean off, before bringing the blades upwards and severing the rib cage down the middle. -

The other man nodded and followed, automatic weapon drawn. The first peeked over, and his eyes widened at the sight of a renowned Masters bounty hunter crouched there. He leapt back, calling out an alarm as the second raised his weapon to fire.
[/ QUOTE ]
"Hello there," muttering, he rolled onto his side and spraying the soldier who had been closest to him with a quick burst of liquid nitrogen. An instant after that, the Crey Power Armor had stopped the flow of nitrogen, and began to patch the internal workings of Thule up. For someone built seventy years ago in top secret by Germany's best and brightest scientists, he was in suprisingly good condition. He could drop a man before he could blink from twenty feet away with a Luger.
Expecting to be met with a hail of bullets, he position himself so that the thickest of his kevlar coating would be in maximum exposure, for increased protection. The heavy carbon-alloy steel that made up his under-plates would be more than enough to deflect the bullets, but he didn't always have those, so this was a force of habit.
In preparation for his counter attack, if needed, he had his knife drew and was prepared to tear the solder's leg off from the knee down with a single knife-swing. If that had failed, he could always test out the suits 'modifications'. Not hearing if the soldier had said anything, Thule began to speak in his dull robotic tone.
"I won't be of any further harm if you are of no harm. I can help the Resistance. I will go without a fight if you give no fight. If you do fight, then there will be some pretty bloody results." He laughed for a brief bit. "Catch what I'm saying? Or do I need to make my 'point' more clear?"
((God, I love RPing Thule so damn much. )) -

My friend "kills" them, he's got a machine gun though, not much room there.

Rubber bullets, etc.
My villian works for Arachanos, so they just get ported to a cell somehow.
My heros, they never kill, they just knockout, or burn beyond recovery. -
Thule was already aware of the new target, after all it was natural to him to know when he was already being followed by someone and most likely something. He was the new target. How? Why? Where? What had he done? He didn't know the answers at all. He knew he had to get out of the area as fast as he possibly could, and even then it might be too late.
The teleporter that was charging internally had built up enough charge to send him somewhere very far away, but he hadn't took time to chose where exactly. He teleported a good distance away in a random direction. It was just his dumb luck that he happened to land. . .
Right infront of a Resistance supply patrol. Thinking quickly he ducked into the bushes on the streets of Galaxy City. The patrol might have noticed him, and they might not have. There was something wrong with the bushes, they were. . . frozen?
Thule knew that it was nearly impossible for a bush to be flash-frozen the exact instant he ducked into the bushes, he did a diagnostic of his power suit. A number of blazing fast data streams flowed across his eyes. A Crey symbol rotated in the background.
Fitness. . . checking - 95% - SUCCESSFUL
That looked to be fine, just the normal 5% of his original programming not comparable with Crey's new Cryo-suit they were paying him quite heavily to test for them, perhaps now was the time for some good publicity for Crey Corporations.
Security. . . checking - 92% - SUCCESSFUL
Again, looked fine, the 8% was probably cookies from web browsing. He'd need to do a wipe of those. But the one thing that bothered him. The large amount of unmoving, flashing red bars at the bottom of his eyes for containment for his coolant.
Containment. . . checking - UNKNOWN_FATAL_ERROR REBOOT SYS_CHK
There was a breach somewhere that had flash-frozen the air around him. Crey's suit had messed with his coolant system. Their suit had saved him from completely freezing over, though. He hadn't know how they do it, but they had done it. He ignored it for now, his suit should auto-adjust and patch it up soon. He had more important matters to attend to. -
"Very well, then." Thule walked out down the tower, and into the busy Grandville streets. His internal teleportation system began to charge. He had one goal - escape.

You could also try the Legionnaires, although, I'm the leader of that group, so that's more of a shameless bump than anything else.

Don't do it! It's a trap.
In all seirousness, SJS and BA are pretty well known RPSGs. I'd recomend them, pretty fun people.
I've held a few of them up in the D before. >.> Don't go drinking. -
Thule nodded at the man behind the desk. Before the man could turn back to his work, Thule was already in the long Arachanos hallway leading to a series of elevators that would take him to where Lord Recluse, Ghost Widow, Sciricco, Black Scorpion, and Captain Mako would have been if Elitist hadn't completely taken over. He pushed a few buttons on the wall near the elevator, a green light lit up above the elevator pod in approval and the door opened.
Inside the elevator was nothing like it was before. Thule had been here many times in his past employment in the Rogue Isles, all of the times, the elevator had been empty and barren. Now, under the employment of Elitist, it had changed alot. Security cameras had every inch of the hallway, elevator, and old Arachanos War room covered.
Rommel looked up into the ceeling, there was a dome, a black one-way reflective glass dome that would contain a security camera, he waved at it before the elevator rocketed upwards. . .
"Elitist," walking around the corner his voice echoed as he came face-to-face with the Master of Mayhem himself, "pleased to meet you in person. We have some business to attend to." -
Kommandant Thule teleported into the tower in Grandville. He walked up to the front desk.
"I want to speak to Elitst. Now." -
ORLY?
TV is good for your mind - GAAAGH CRAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWLLLLLLIIIIIINNNNG IIIIIINNNN MMMYY SKIIIIIIIIIIINN - it's perfectly perfect for your human mind - FIGHT THE POWER! - just ignore the - buy pepsi products, feed teh goverment war machine - subliminal - ORLY? - advertising.
So. This Captain Planet, he sounds retarded, shall we lynch him? -
Thule dropped his Crey Pistol. He teleported out from the spines that Lithanika had used to try and trap him. He appeared right next to Windsong and pulled out his combat knife and held it at Windsong's neck.
"She comes with me, Brass." He kept the knife at her neck while searching though his vest for the beacon. If there were any questions on whose authority she was to come with him, that would answer the questions.
He turned to face Lithanika before teleporting off with Windsong as his hostage... -
Thule took the papers and the picture. He studied the picture and then read over the contract as he walked down the tunnels. He teleported out of the tunnel, and out of the forest to where he was before on the three way intersection. He walked down the one that he had not gone before. He walked for a few minutes before teleporting to where the old PPD Checkpoint was to enter Steel Canyon.
There was no one manning the checkpoint, he simply walked though it. The beacon started to beep. Out of common sense, Thule walked until the beacon started to beep faster. He teleported to see a group of four fighting. The beacon started to beep faster.
There were three heroes fighting Marshal Brass and his minions. He teleported next to Windsong and pulled his Crey Pistol... -
Kommandant Thule walked down the desolated streets of Perez Park. He walked where hundreds of Hellions once stood. There were no more shops trying to be robbed, they all had been looted, and then torched in the last free days of the world. Ashes and burnt timbers was all that remained.
He came to a three way intersection, one led to another street full of desolated shops, crashed cars, burnt streets, pot holes that looked more like craters from artillery piece. Another led to a street of similar values, but it was an old cobble stone street that lead into the Perez Park Forest. The last lead back to where he came from. He turned to the left and began walking into the forest.
The forest was mostly trees whose limbs had remained but their leaves had not, there were thorn bushes on the ground, a path still remained. Thule walked along the path until he came to a stone door deep in the forest. He ran his fingers over the door, and then backed up and booted it open.
The tunnel was your average tunnel, it was long, had some traps, had guards patrolling it, you know the usal evil-leader tunnels. Thule walked down the tunnel and came to another stone door. He spoke the name "Aphex". The door began to creep open. . . -
A, simply because Thule loves post-apocalytic worlds!
Do you need a super soldier to assist Pstorm in taking down the Resistance? -
Happy first post!
Hmmm, where to begin for roleplaying...
I'd start with a character idea. Develop it a little bit, get some story behind them, get the general feel for the character.
Basically, think of a person or thing (in some cases *cough*Khell*cough*), why they are where they are, what made them do this, where they came from. It'd be best to start out small, then add on details later on.
If you want you can send me a ingame tell at @Agent Darkstorm, I'll be glad to help you ingame.
--------------
For roleplaying on the fourms, basically everything DeviousMe has said. I don't recall if he added the ((brackets)) for OOC (Out of Character). -
Why do these things keep getting moved here? They seem more like forum games than roleplaying. I wonder why... *nudge nudge*
-
Medic, a good ammount of us play on Infinity. Seferin, DeviousMe, LordDiov, and I all have mains on Infinity. EssexS6, Hallucinogen, TerminusEst13, and anyone else I forgot they all have alts on Infinity.
By really odd chance, nearly everyone in my thread (link in sig), is from Infinity. >.> Small world. I take it that you play on Infinity, too? Feel free to look me up at @Agent Darkstorm. -
I have a tin foil ball that I used for conducting different resistantance types. I got a B- for the project... Thanks Devious for helping me. Heh.
*puts tin foil hat on*
Still dosen't help. This hat was made from goverment made tin. You see, back in 1981 when this fad became popular, they started making special goverment tin that didn't stop their mind reading abilitys, it enchanced them. O.o All who used the old tin foil hats were fried in a vat of boiling tin and used for the new tin.
True story. -
Owww. Damnit, I thought we agreed that you wouldn't hurt me anymore!
I know I spelt goverment wrong. It's how I get past their tracer on what I look up on my googlez. Now because of you I'll wake up in a warehouse. -
*Shudders* So that means... anyone who happens to click on that undead picture I scared Sef with can see what I used it for. Goberment conspericy I say!
*pokes pitch fork at Google*
