Exactly - and in that case it's not a waste of resources to use slots reducing recharge. You can, for example, fill 3 slots with damage enhs and double the amount of damage inflicted by a single attack[1] or fill it with 3 recharge enhs, halve the recharge time and do the standard amount of damage twice over the original period. With either slotting, you double the damage done over the original period.

Assuming a 200 sec recharge power
Every % below 100 = 1 sec bonus
Every % above 100 below 200 = approx 1/3 of a second bonus
Every % above 200 below 300 = approx 1/5 of a second bonus

I love INV (it is my main) the tier 9 crash is rather dissapointing but then if I can pretend I'm a stone tank for 3 minutes then I'm happy (call me easily satisfied if you like)

What I would like to see is rewards that really do identify veterans. To explain it took me 4-5 months to realise that if you check someones vet badges when they start wagging there jaw at you then you have some idea how informed someones opinion is. If vets carried some sort of coloured aura say then you would know who you where talking to as it where.

Man at the end of the day the way I see it PvP could be the jewel in cox's crown. It'll take care and attention yes but really what other genre appeals so greatly to every possible fanatsy you ever had as a teenager. Man what do i care for a sniper/squadie/tank driver/artillery man charecter CoX gives a fabulous range of choices to expresss our 'Avatars' why can't this be intergrated to the 'great' battle between good and evil mind to mind as it where.

err you seem to all gone from seeing red to a state of giddy stupidness. Should I just accept this thread as a total faceplant and accept noone really has a clue what ~I'm opn about?

A couple of people who have replied to this thread have in some way reiterated what I (obviously vainly) was trying to say given that these Nerfs/Buffs really change the in game experience very little is it really worth all the time and effort it requires for such inconsequential changes. Not to mention the ill will created both between the devs and commiunity and the community itself with all it's tiresomely long 'nerf threads'

Personally I like my somewhat dramatic use of language (where I feel it's appropriate) you may not. See Meat/Murder above.
And where I come from you need to be able to give and take abuse in equal measure and good humour, so perhaps my last comment was some 'twisted' form of respect rather than an implication you where 'stalking' me for past disagreemnets. And for my part I do pay attention to who I am reading/replying to as some names on the board would make me reread and reasses a post I initially disagreed with some names I perceive to be less interested in full blooded discussion more in 'one upmanship' on a personal level and will tend to not waste my time replying to. I think at the end of the day whats been said has given me some hope that with a little forethought and development time that PvP could be as great as I had hoped it would be when I first joined the game.
I won't bother summarising but at least half a dozen good ideas have been presented all of which seem viable/implementable .
So to conclude perhaps PvP hasn't entirely faceplanted I would suggest however it is need of some serious 'medical' attention.
