Did you recently re-activate you account? If you have, it can take 24-48 hours before you can access the Test Server. If not, I would recommend submitting a ticket to support.

Well to try and answer one of you questions, are you wanting a mob to refer to someone playing the arc? If so, simply type 'I hope $name doesn't find this hideout', just as a basic example.
I'm not too sure where/if you can see your contact details, you should be able too because your allowed to a miniature description about them. I think the only way to view them in-game is to have them in your missions at some point, not entirely sure if that is 100% accurate though.

You could try -reading- the thread. Or at least go to "show all posts" and (ctrl-f) search for "Hospital" Search-fu will serve you well on the forums.
But anyway, a prior dev post indicated that there was going to be a mobile medical unit added to the zone. (which is to say that it's a police medical unit with a truck, presumably like in the safeguards, not that it's going to move around the zone) There was nothing about it in this writeup from WW, but there's no reason to assume that the prior confirmation has been recanted. WW was mostly talking about spawn changes and the new contact, anyway.

War Witch is adding gurneys (ala the Safeguard missions) to the front of the zone that you will go to if you are overcome and hit ye olde hospital button.

That was alot to take in. I can't really say if I like it untill I actually play it. Sounds good though. I know the Hollows scraed me off when I was a noob, and it probably does the same to alot of noobs now. With the Temp travel powers now...it really didn't bother me anymore, but I think it will be a nice change up. IMO all zones should get changed up a little now and then. Keeps it fresh.

My SG and I were thinking about doing base raids, especially after I told them that everything wouldn't have to be replaced. Problem is...we don't have 16 active individual accounts in the SG. Is it absolutely necessary to have 16 to even start the raid or can you have less than that?

Well I asked about the badges, it seems they wouldn't consider removing it. I kinda asked if the maintenance would do it, but I don't think they will remove it.

I don't think it has ever ended in the middle of the day on Sunday. It always goes at least until midnight. I think it usually goes until the scheduled maintenance Monday morning.

Every event I've been in for the past few years in the game starts and ends with the maintenance cycles, whether its holiday or double xp.

The above is correct. Usually, these events are triggered around the maintenance cycles.
However, the specific times of the event that we say will definitely be Double XP will be included in the promotional e-mail that will go out to support the event, so watch for that.
Anything outside of those times (if any) is just an added, unannounced bonus.

Well, actually, I don't believe there was a maintenance downtime for the end of the Winter Event as I was logged in pretty early the morning of the last day. I noticed that Winter Event Mysterious Gifts stopped "spawning."
Additionally, a friend of mine was in a Winter Event mission (save Baby New Year). When he finished and clicked the "Exit" button, he zoned into nothingness outside of Pocket D for a few seconds, then, as he put it, "popped" back into Pocket D.
So, world events may no longer need a maintenance cycle to activate or deactivate.
I would also like to take this opportunity to give many kudos and thanks to the CoX Dev Team and the CoX Community Leaders for giving us plenty of lead time to make arrangements in our un-masked lives to make sure our masked selves have the opportunity to take part in this event.
So, this Halloween Event 2008 is going to start .... late October/early November?

Actually with the Holiday events, they can generally set a timer for it to stop. Double exp has started with maintenance & has been turned off with a maintenance -
You can remove Badge Squad from the list, it seems that someone booted a lot of people and made it private.

This is just another way for Gold Companies to spam us with new accounts for 14 days. Thanks. I would think they could somehow limit functions with a trial like WoW -- simple solution would be to disable /tells from trial accounts. Don't know if that could be done, but they do it in a few other games as well.
