Just asking. Anyone else having problems accessing the Paragon Store?

Pretty much can't use it from any location on either of my accounts. I keep getting the following message:

"The store session has timed out. Please use the home button to reload the store."

Ze clicking home! It does nothing!

I've already submitted a pair of GameAdvisor logs to NCSoft about it. Not figuring on much help. Not that I had a LOT of points racked up. But, what I did have was stuff I could use!

Testing now.

Will update with results.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

With Firefox set as my default browser:

Loaded the game, logged in to Texas Justice. Got the same message when opening the Paragon Market.

Exited to desktop.

Changed default browser to Internet Explorer:

Loaded the game, logged in to Texas Justice. Paragon Market opened normally.

I have no other browsers installed to test with.

-------------

I know that Firefox asked permission to apply an update today when I launched it after work.

I wonder if something in that update isn't compatible with the Paragon Market?

Just to verify, I again set my default browser back to Firefox, loaded the game, logged in to Texas Justice and got the same message when opening the Paragon Market.

Wonder if it happens on Beta?

EDIT: Well, that's a bit odd. It's fine on Beta. Could it be due to how on Live it connects to the account server?

Okay. Thanks for this info TJ. Was able to clear the problem by flipping back to IE.

Ugh, I don't even have IE installed. Do I have to install it just to get the store to work?

It's failing on my main account but not my 2nd account.

Actually, it's only failing part of the time so I was able to get what I wanted eventually.

I don't use IE or Firefox, I use Chrome.

Having same problems, using Chromium. Will report back with Firefox.

@Rien

I am Lord Omi. Now and forever. They can take our City, but they can't take me.

I get the same message with Chrome, but what worries me is that I renewed my Invention License, purchased Pop Dance yesterday and Robot Dance today.

Invention License did not get renewed, but it ate my points. Pop Dance went through without a hitch. Robot Dance did not go through. I wrote a petition and got a message from a GM saying they're looking into it.

I tried playing today with SO's, but the game suddenly became boring as hell, with no extra resistances whatsoever. If this isn't fixed by the weekend, I'm checking out of CoH much earlier.

Just an FYI, I've had this happen to me in game, but usually closing the store window and reopening it fixes things.
