Star Trek Next Gen in HD in the UK

What, making them and showing them all in a row, you mean?
Consider it payback for the way your BBC makes and releases episodes of Doctor Who.

It's only the past couple of seasons that they have started to do it the US way of making it, showing a few then taking a long break.
You all only have yourselves to blame
We built this city on Rock and Roll!
I think he means the absurdly slow production time combined with the absurdly low numbers of episodes. We waited, what?, a year for 5 frickin' mediocre episodes. I mean, come on, 90% of a Doctor Who episode consists of running down a hallway. It can't take THAT long to film or write such scenarios.

I'm also referring to the 27 incomplete Doctor Who serials, with 106 missing episodes that the BBC destroyed because they wanted to clear out some shelf space.

Yeah the US is to blame for that.
Oh and even with the stupid split seasons (which I hate) that get done in the US we still get 23-25 hour long episodes per season.
Think the delay between seasons was to coincide next season with the 50th anniversary. It will be worth the wait.

Finally, a reason for me to actually like the stupidly named Syfy channel!
In the UK at least
I dare say you US people have had these for ages, but to be able to watch them all again in High Def is great news!
Trying to find out if they are the new remastered versions as well. Anyone know?
Starts November 5th anyway!
