It's a shame that it's come to this before someones considered doing this you know. I've always thought that the Hollows was some of the best low level content in the game, but just like the AE fiasco it proves that most of the games populous just wants to level as fast as possible rather than enjoy the journey.
Since I came back in May, a number of my solo capable toons at that level (mostly brutes, I have to say) have run through the Hollows arcs. They just never get old.

I had great fun trying to run the Hollows with no travel powers back when I first started,even now I will run the old Posi TF solo on flashback I take my time and enjoy it,and before anyone says it I do not live in a padded room LOL

Who remembers the old-school street sweeping in Perez Park when you hit level 7? That would have been 2004-2005 or so. I used to prefer that over running the Hollows arcs.
Anyway, have fun reliving old school days. Make sure to demo_record whatever you do from now on in case the game doesn't get saved.

I remember being a low level tanker in Perez, trying to get a few folks together to go hunt the Kraken, when a level 50 bubbler came by and said, "Wait here." He bubbled us and turned on Force Bubble and Dispersion Bubble, and ran around the zone for a few minutes pushing NPCs around. Then, he came back to where we were waiting and just stood there.
HUNDREDS of Hellions and Skulls came chasing after him. It seemed like a never ending stream. And as long as we stayed inside his bubbles nothing could touch us. I had to dance in and out since I was melee, but the others who had ranged attacks were having a field day.
Ahhh . . . . memories.

Have always preferred Perez over Hollows for my hazard zone street sweeping. Much like Crey's Folly over Eden and Terra over DA.
