Money, Proof of Profit, or under Law..

A reason of medically backed or psychotherapeutic reasoning that helps heal the ill through either physical, extreme emotional, or mental strife. Think of this as a cure to, or a certified aid to assist in recovery of individual(s)

Otherwise:
Professional Petition, The entire community reaching out to NCsoft (not just forums), acceptance of downsizing and lack there of development, compromise.

bear in mind, this was not the devs' decision. Appealing to them won't help because they're getting screwed just as much as we are (worse, really).

Signing the online petition can't hurt.

explains how to write to the CEO of NCSoft and make a case, briefly and politely, to keep the game u and running. Write, and write often -- a deluge of physical mail has made a difference in overturning corporate decisions in the past.

And it costs us nothing more than a little time and a book of stamps.

Going back in time, convincing Cryptic to NOT sell the City of Heroes/Villains IP to NCSoft, and fund them whatever they would have needed to keep from being bought by Atari while we're at it.

If only crowdfunding got a much earlier start ...
