Which of these has the best top end performance?

So I currently have four 50s and am curious which has the most potential performance (PVE/Incarnate). I have enough influence now to put as much as I want into a build of my choice. Here are the options:

Katana/Regen scrapper
Street Justice/Will Power scrapper
Dual Blades/Electric Brute
Water/Ice Blaster

So if you had no budget, and considering ATO set 2 and upcoming new sets/set changes; which would you think has the most potential?

My other option is to finish leveling a Crab Spider, but I seem to like melee better, so I may not end up doing that.

The DB/ElA Brute is probably the most potentially rounded -- with the upcoming IO changes you should be able to cap S/L resist (or at least come close) and DB gives you some decent tools to work with.

But for single-target damage, I think the scrappers are better... the StJ over the Kat/Regen, although you can do some pretty impressive things in terms of like AV soloing and the like with the K/R.

If you want to farm, the Water/Ice is best, although the Brute could put in a decent showing.

Sorry I should have been more specific on "potential". Basically I like to run missions on the highest difficulty possible, such as tip missions. I also like to team with friends or run incarnate content. I don't really farm. If I happen to come across an AV solo I wouldn't mind taking it on alone.

For +4/x8s, the Brute or the Blaster. The Brute would be easier, but the Blaster -- especially with Cold, Force, or possibly Munitions Mastery -- would be more fun.

Throwing a vote in for the DB/Elec. You should be able to get very high resistances to S/L/F/C/E come I24, while also softcapping S/L defense. DB can do decent damage with minimal recharge, Elec is end and heal sustainable by itself, so you can shoot for maximum mitigation with your IOs and incarnate powers.

i'm going to say STJ/WP Brute or scrap, my current Main is a stj/wp brute.
He is awesome. Anyway currently he is only on so's at 50 because i'm waiting for i24 to launch to make his build, the build i had before i24 made him nigh unkillable but with the new changes of course he will be even tougher, i highly recommend it, msg me if you'd like more info.

Your Spider can contribute significantly more than any of the others in iTrials. If you get in a BAF with 24 people and you're all doing 200 DPS to some AV, that's nearly 5000 DPS total. But if you bring a Bane with Venom Grenade, Surveillance, and Mace Mastery: Shatter Armor for a perma 60% Resistance debuff, your entire league will be doing 8000 DPS. Granted it differs by AV, some resist the debuff more than others, YMMV. Against iTrial spawns you can still use Venom Grenade every time. By comparison, your Blaster can get a perma 14% Resistance debuff on a single target only with Surveillance. Your Brute and Scrappers can get under 10% with Melt Armor, which is AoE but not perma. If you don't take any of those powers, you'll be one of the unwashed masses who mistakenly thinks that the best thing you can bring to an iTrial is high personal DPS. Your Bane also has some decent team buffs than none of the others get. And it's melee! For regular play you can have an alt build as a Crab for fighting lower level content, big spawns, or whatever. Your Incarnate powers will work with both builds.

In second is the DB/Elec Brute. Self heal, damage toggle, 90% Energy Resist is great in iTrials, solid resist elsewhere, can soft-cap S/L Defense, and OK AoEs in DB.
