NEED CRITIQUE - PvE - Controller - Plant / Nature Affinity - Mids build included

Hello all,

I am newly returned to the game and not familiar with controllers, let alone Plant and Nature affinity power sets, however, I am working with mids to plan a build and I'd like some constructive critique's.

My major goal was to perma Overgrowth. I am close, but not quite there. Hasten recharges in 118.7s and is (barely) perma, but Overgrowth recharges in 67.41s. I have not started to mess with incarnate powers yet and I can pick up extra recharge there, but I am sure there is a more efficient way to build this toon. I have room for 1 more LOTG global, but am not sure how to fit it in.

Please feel free to critique and change things around. Maybe I'll learn something from the experienced builders out there.

Here is the (incomplete) build I am working on.

If I were looking to slot that 5th LotG rech I'd drop the res and put in something from the stealth pool (or one of the new powers from the leadership pool if they'll take it). Take those slots, bump 'em up so you get the later powers slotted earlier. You'd then have slots for Fissure... I don't like seeing the EPP attack unslotted personally. I'd probably take Seismic Smash instead of fissure - you have lots of aoe control/damage with plant but no real hard hitting single-target attacks.

I'm sure better builders than I can give you more options, but this is what I thought of when looking over your build

Here is my try, while I got your Overgrowth down to perm, had to use Spiritual Core to do it. I also threw out the IO for the +tohit, since at that level (38th) most of your teammates shouldn't need that much help.

Thanks for the advice and the build. There are changes in there I would not have thought of. I will need to play with carrion creepers to see how it performs before deciding on how to slot it, 10% recharge and great control or damage proc's to help clear mobs faster. I plan to play from lvl 1 to 50, not PL the toon, so I'll have plenty of time to play with the powers before deciding on an end game build.
