Where to place the Panacea proc on a Plant/NA Controller

From what I've been hearing, you can stick it in either. Panacaea will work in both the way you want it to. Though apparently since life giving spores is a toggle it can proc on you without having to be in the pet's affected field.
I have a lot of success with the proc in health on a brute of mine. (What can I say? I'm selfish on that toon...)
That said, I would put it in the toggle personally.
Words to the wise aren't necessary- it's the stupid ones that need them.

What do you think? Would it make more sense to put the Panacea Chance for +HP and + End proc in Lifegiving Spores or Spirit Tree?
This is assuming that I wish to share the love that is that proc with all of my allies, which is actually the case! I was thinking of putting the Panacea and Performance Shifter procs in Lifegiving Spores.
