I made one level locked at 25 for recipe rolls and I have to say it's great and might make one to level all the way. I'm able to be at the soft cap and still have decent damage.
Devs would post more if they could say "hi!" without people whining because they wanted them to say "hello".

Yes, I made and deleted one. While I like SR, I don't love it on tanks. Maybe with the new resistance IO bonuses in i24, I will like it better. My replacement tank was Elec/TW and I really love that one. If you are open to a different primary, I might suggest Electric instead of SR.
thanks I wouldnt go TW/Elec as I already have an Elec tank that I enjoy and I wouldnt want to make that same powerset again. I think Ill start looking at a Mids build I want to try this. I think having quickness in the build would be a great asset to Momentum. It should Incarnate soft cap pretty easily as well.

I haven't made one, but your biggest challenge is going to be endurance management. Slot end reduction in your attacks early; since you're probably going to use Agility (although Nerve actually is an option, which is unusual), maximize what you can get out of the End Mod global with Energy or Mu Mastery.
Building for maxend and the new cost discount options would also be a good idea.
