How Do I Purchase Low-Level Recipes?

When you open the purchase window there's a scrollbar at the top. Adjusting the scrollbar will change the level of the recipes offered.

That said, I'll still pick the lower-level enhancement every time, because if I decide to pop it out and pass it to a different character, lower level means it can be slotted sooner.

I'd like to purchase the Unbounded Leap:Stealth enhancement recipe using two hero merits from Fort Trident. However, I'd like to buy the level 15 version, rather than the level 50 version (I'm not level 50, and I want it to exemplar better).
How do I do this? It seems to be offering me the level 50 version, but I don't want that one.
