Keyes: Anti-Matter Disintegrate
I know there's a way to bind a key to select teammate #1, #2, etc., but not sure how that'd work with a League. My veeeeeeeeery old Empath (when I was young and stupid) used them for the ST heals in Empathy, like using numpad1 to select teammate 1, then whatever heal power hotkey...but if they're out of range, they're out of range. Not your fault.

Individual heals are hard enough in this game while dealing with just an 8 man let alone a league. As a Pain Dom 'rupter your job is to stay with the team to provide as much healing/buffing/debuffing as you can for the group as a whole.
Taking time to track down an individual just to fire off one heal? I'd never do it. Tell them you do healing, not search and rescue.
Here are some possibilities to help out your situation for any healer types.
It had been established for many issues that during hard content requiring many heroes (for instance, the old Hami Raid) that those who have aoe heals band together in one area. They keep firing their aoe heals and it is the responsibility of those in need to get or be in that area for the healing.
These are responses for "Where are the healorz!?!?"
... inform him it was the tanks fault, he should have had aggro.
... just yell out gleefully that you have another body for vengeance.
... if you are a rad player, you can port around the body and use it for fallout. For this you will have to inform him he is taking one for the team.
... tell him that you wanted to use your best heal on him, then rez.
... inform him you are waiting for Nature Affinity to arive so you can properly heal him.
Personally, I rely less on league chat (since a lot of people neglect to call it out) and instead watch the actual players on my league. The one disintegrating will have a bright green aura and text above their head. From there, click on that person. No fancy binds required.

Seems to happen every time that someone will call out "DIS!" (usually multiple times in a row) and expect healing immediately. By the time I see their message, find them in the league window, click on them, and (F)ollow them to find them hiding behind some crates, they die. Then comes the inevitable cry of "Where are the healorz!?!?"

Maybe instate that policy in your server?
This has just become an issue for me, as I'm incarnating a PD Corr. Did a Keyes last night and was having the same issue as OP. I started looking for text in chat bubbles and moving toward them so even if I couldn't ST heal them I could aoe heal + aura heal. Not foolproof by any means, but it worked better for me than seeing oOWulf3433nOo say "DIS" and searching for him/her among 24 players in the league window. I like Monkey's idea but it strikes me as something that about 10% of players would be able to execute. I'll take it to heart and make such a bind.

Great ideas, all. May be my rig, but I can hardly see anything once that fight starts, what with everyone's auras & pets, and my frame rate drops. Makes it hard to see the DIS aura.
I'll definitely promote the bind - at least it will give me something to remind the complainers about, if they choose not to do it. Good idea.
What I have been doing lately is expand the league window so all 24 players are visible. Takes up a fair bit of real estate, though, but I can't see much anyway. I already have binds for my team, so I can get them easily. If players can say what team they are on, that would cut the search time in half, or more.
Sure would be nice to be able to just click on a name in chat and select "Target".
Have any of my fellow PD Corruptors found a good way to handle healing leaguemates being disintegrated?

Granted, they should have walked in with some inspirations, but does anyone have a quick trick to target someone from the chat window, maybe? Or, have you found a good way to handle that portion of the trial?
