Yes, they're aware of it. They made some announcements saying they know the server is having problems and they're working on it. Not much more can be done.
I recently started the occasional teaming on Victory with a couple of friends who've returned, and had that happen to me the other day too. :/ Shame, I'm really starting to like my character over there...
Besides the reported issues on Friday and Saturday (I think that's when they happened), I have had no issues whatsoever playing on Victory.
Victory is pretty much the only place I play. So that there were 2 hiccups a couple of days ago, should not deter anyone from playing on Victory.

Hello,
For the past 5 years a small group of us have been playing on the Victory server, but this past week the server has repeatedly died at random. Mapserver errors, not loading characters for 20+ minutes, etc. We can log into another server fine.
Unfortunately it's been occuring so frequently now, that we're seriously considering our subscriptions to be a waste of time, if we can't properly play the game.
What seems to be the issue? It's happening to six of us, so it's not us, it's the Victory server.
