You're looking at a forum export of a build created using Mids Hero Builder, a fan made program for Windows that many players use.
The letters next to each enhancement correspond to the level that the enhancement slot was taken at; (A) stands for auto, which is the slot given for free when you select a power.
well that would explain it, i was not sure about installing it windows flagged it as a risk though norton said it was safe.
Ihave had mids installed for years on XP, Vista, and now 7 and I have never once hd an issue.

Download from coh titan should be safe, but you can scan it manually with your antivirus. After install, click on the datalink and the build will open in mids. I assume you are vip. If not, you can't use the set ios in the build.
I see some expensive ios in that build. To change ios, just click the slot and pick the one you want. There are buttons near the top that show bonuses and total stats. Based on whether you want recharge or defense, slot ios as needed. Enjoy!
i have not played in a long time but slowly getting back into it, however i have run into some enemys i read should be solo-able but i get my face melted. looked up a new build using google but i dont understand it. i dont know what the letter (A) or the numbers mean or how many of what type of enhancement to use or how many enhancement slots to use on an ability.
