Yeah, Pocket D and Rikti War Zone are the easiest.
There's a submarine in Independence Port (this is the long way).
You could also use one of the portals in Nightward or Praetoria too.
1) Look for Submariner Janus in Independence Port - he also appears in Sharkhead Isle and connects the two locations.
2) Go through a co-op zone - Pocket D, Midnighter Club, Dark Astoria. (Pocket D also connects to Praetoria.)

I have completed tips missions and I have changed from a Hero to a Vigilante. I would like to be a Villain, however now when I click a tips mission , the only 2 choices are Hero or Vigilante. Shouldn't it say Villain? Do I just do the vigilante missions?
