Don't login, the stage download is sometimes a problem, best to let the install completely first from the NCLauncher. Sorry, I know it's not the answer you want to hear.
If you still have problems after that, post in the Technical section and follow Hyperstrike's guide there for asking for help so we can get a more complete idea about your computer and what other software is running on it.

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a problem, however I would recommend you try posting in the Tech Support section of the forums. You are more likely to get this kind of help there. They too are "Full Access"
