Your S/L/E/N defense seems way overslotted, and your F/C isn't even at softcap. I see you have the Gladiator's Armor proc slotted, IMO you should use that to your advantage to get everything above 45%.
Ditch the Kismet 6%. With the +ToHit from Rage and Invincibility, your already have enormous amounts.
Lost a bit of +recharge here, but if you need to scab a slot or 2 from combat jumping to get your Force Feedback proc back in, you could do it. Should be fine in the Acc department esp. with double rage.
Sacrificed a bit of regen, as well, but defenses are insane, esp. with Invinc pumped up to 10 targets.
One of the main differences is going for Agility Alpha, rather than Spiritual: it helps in 3 cats, rather than 1.
Gained you a hair of +res, for what its worth...
This is what I would run with, but ymmv.

Okay so I am wanting to make an inv/ss tank purely for survivability therefore I have tried to increase def and res as much as I can and also recharge so I can have perma dull pain. In doing this I have neglected damage and accuracy. I was wondering if that would be a problem though as rage will be double stacked? I'm also wondering if health regen could be more then it is? Power choices aren't set in stone and neither are the levels at which I slotted them. If anyone could have a look at the build and tell me where it could be improved, I would be very thankful!
