There's only so much the devs can do. You can't force players to pay attention. The more you try to force some people to do something they don't want to do the more determined they become to ignore/avoid it.

I recall one poster that was ranting about getting burned by the market's old 60 day rule. By his own admission he had everything he stored in the market deleted four different times because he couldn't be bothered to reset the timer by opening the market interface.

I made the mistake of "unlocking" my Kinetic Melee stalker a month or so ago when i dropped to premium. It would be nice if the game prevented you from using a slot on a character that is locked. But I understand that they don't make money off of folks like me, so they don't have any real motivation to change how it works. If I want to get that slot back I'll need to resubscribe or purchase the set.

I know. They always manage to somehow forget about all the paid expansions and the Mutant/Cyber/Magic/etc packs. Back in the 'Golden Days' everything was always included in the monthly subscription.... except the stuff that wasn't.

There's only so much nannying the devs can do before responsibility devolves to the player.

IMHO you get plenty of notice. If you blow by the warnings, how is that the devs responsibility? If your English is poor, how is that the devs responsibility?

The warnings are clearly posted.
If you ignore them, whoops that's your own damn fault.
If you have trouble reading them, well, you're ON THE INTERNET.
