They're Half Helmet details, so no. No hair.
Closest you'd get is waiting for the new Cybertech costume set, which has metal bits that go on your face as a Detail 2 option. Or using the Phantom of the Opera-esque metal plate option we already have.
The Carnival of Light/War/Vengeance masks work with hair. But I think they might be female only, and obviously are a very different style.
One of the helmet faceplates (either Valkyrie or Roman) can be used with Full Masks - I think it's Valkyrie, it might be both. I don't believe either can be used with hair.

Yeah, there's a bunch actually. It depends on exactly the look you want, but Alpha, Vanguard, Valkyrie and Cyborg costume sets for Detail 1 and Detail 2 have a lot of relevant options.
Mixing some of the 1 and 2 options is the easiest way to get a 'face protector with hair' look.
I figured its worth a shot here since I cannot seem to find a way to do it. Basically, is it possible to get a face metal piece with hair? An example would be the Roman Cheek Guard 2:
