Problem with Character creator?

Hi Cox players. Is anyone else having problems with the Character creator? I purchased gunslinger pants without flaps from the paragon market a day or so ago. I pre made a few costumes so i could come back to them later. I came back today and my male character can wear the gunslinger pants without the flaps but my female character no longer can. Each time i click on the proper pair of paints it has the shop icon at the bottom when you proceed to power customization. I noticed that each time i click on the different pair of gunslinger pants when i click on the shop icon they both appear as gunslinger pants with flaps. This only happens when i try to put them on my female character im not sure if this is a bug or not. thanks in advance for the help everyone.

Try logging out and then logging back in. It's known that for-purchase items have a habit of needing to be "reset."

I did the log out log back in it didn't work ill try reinstalling i guess.

You might also need to submit a ticket, if the market got confused and thinks you only own the male version of the item.

Don't you have to buy female and male parts separately? Or am I misremembering?
