If it's like Rain of Fire, the listed Acc is just for the pet summon, and the pet would have standard (or slightly above standard) Acc. as such, you might be better off slotting at least one Acc enhancement in it.

Curious, does this apply to nukes as well? I thought the general theory is that nukes actually do get the acc bonus listed, so you can slot recharge + damage mostly without having to bother with acc.

Well, if the nuke isn't a pet, you should get the listed bonus. OTOH, if the nuke IS a pet, better double check the wiki or City of Data.
Blizzard and Rain of Arrows are the pseudopet nukes. Both have standard (1.0) accuracy.
Hail of Bullets is a special case, since the higher accuracy (1.4) just means that it checks repeatedly against a 60% chance to do damage if it hits.
The other nukes apply their higher accuracy normally.
it has gone from unconscionable to downright appalling that we have no way of measuring our characters' wetness.

Nukes can often get by without much/any acc slotting because they're almost always used with Aim/Build Up, anyway.

Is the high acc on this power correct? Is it one of those that state the acc of the summon itself or does the pet have a 2.00 acc? I assume the pet has the acc that high and we never need to slot acc, but just wanted to make sure.
...also, I assume the kd proc would work every time you activate this power since the base rech is 1 minute, right?
