Enhancement converters making the same enhancement
I filed a petition, but in case anyone is having the same issue here it is. I had 8 enhancement converters, and 1 sephyre run/jump yadda yadda range endurance recipe. I figured ok make the enhancement, and I get 2 50/50 shots at getting the -kb version. First go get the exact same enhancement out of it. ok I figure 1/3 chance. Go again, and same enhancement. no change at all. statistically it should have changed. no change same enhancement. I thought it was supposed to exclude the enhancement you were using in the first place, and yes I double, and triple checked it was exactly the same. I realize the other one is very similar with all the travel types.

Did you take a screenshot by any chance?
And yes, filing a /petition or /bug was the correct choice.

Thunder Light - Peacebringer * Displaced Calibre - Dual Pistols/Time Corruptor * Defendatron WS - Warshade
Madame Distress - Ill/Rad Controller * Madame Infernus - Fire/Thermal Corruptor
It is supposed to exclude the current enhancement when doing in-set conversions, and the current set when doing out-of-set conversions.
I think that it's most likely that it swapped between the two non-special IOs - The last time I did something similar (I tried to switch a Celerity: Run to a Celerity: Stealth) it took 7 conversions, even though each had a 50% chance to become the IO I wanted. Two conversions is hardly a large enough sample size to say if the odds are off though.
If it actually is converting to the original enhancement then yes, that is a bug. A screenshot showing the conversion, and maybe the chat window results would be the best way to report a bug like this though.
@Roderick
Are you certain in was the same IO?
Blessing of the Zephyr has a run/jump/flight/range and a run/jump/flight/range/endurance. Is it at all possible you misread?
Thank you, Champion.
I wasn't able to get any of the BotZ IOs to convert to themselves in 15 tries, which doesn't necessarily mean you're wrong about the bug, but it does say it appears to be erratic. Was this the IO version or the Attuned version of BotZ? Any other remotely relevant conditions?
I am absolutly sure both times I converted I had the /end version.
