BS/SD needs help geting smashed in DA
Incarnate soft cap is 59%.
Before considering any changes, I recommend doing the rest of the arcs. You want to get a feel for all the enemies you'll be facing, not redesign a build around a single group. Knives of Vengeance and Tsoo are the easiest for my Katana/Dark, for instance, while Talons of Vengeance are tougher, and Banished Pantheon are just downright MEAN.
The build looks reasonable on the surface. I haven't poked at high end Shield Defense for a long time, so I don't really know what's possible, but it looks at least solid. My one immediate suggestion would be to pick up Grant Cover. You're going to be getting hit with a ton of defense debuffs, if you aren't already. Might as well take advantage of the tools that your secondary provides to deal with that.
So what are the Knives doing that is tearing you apart? Debuffs? Straight damage? Stun? Other?
It also sounds like you already have one answer, "if I don't have parry dubblestacked I die." I guess you just hate wasting your damage dealing time keeping your defenses up? I'd just use Parry and deal with the lost DPS.

KOV seem to just be doing pure damage to me. I'll SC into a group hit parry, WS, Parry, Slice, HS and most of the time I'll do fine. Other times I'll throw in my judgement to kill off the minions and LT's.
But when 3 of those Titan Weapon boss's live through all that and pop whatever T9 it is that they have I'm stuck for 10/15 sec being unable to hit them. Parry destacks and I can't regen fast enough. When this happens I'll drop my caltrops this cause's them to scatter and gives me some room to breath/regen. But they usually kill me before the trops can do their work.
Two things tho.
1. I'm allways fighting a ping of 2,000+
2. I have the Panacea but it's not slotted yet. (requires a respec)
Adding a Kismet unique should help with hitting them. I pretty much won't make a build without one. I don't remember having trouble hitting them with Divine Avalanche. I have Tactics, Kismet, 95% accuracy in Divine Avalanche, and 15% global accuracy. Other than Kismet, that really seems equivalent to your setup, and Kismet isn't huge, just nice. How far above your level are they? I'm fighting +4, but that makes them just +1 to me in reality.
You could hold off on destroying the lieutenants until the bosses are down, allowing you to use them as Parry fodder when you can't hit the bosses. I also monitor my last chance to hit, so I have a very good idea when something's about to go south, rather than waiting for a few misses in a row to tell me.

Hadn't thought about leaving the LT's alive, I'll try that. Figthing at L53 on +4/x8 with boss's
So I removed the two extra pices of Zephyr in combat jumping and added a Kismet and another LoTG 7.5 I don't know if I necessarily need that extra recharge tho.
Would the +3% Resist PVPIO make any noticeable difference? I also added the slow resist IO but its on the "at some point when I'm rich" list.

Put it in weave for another LoTG 7.5? I can't think of anything else. Lose the chance to put the -rech proection gift of winter then.
Active Defense also has knockback resistance, a full 10,000% knockback resistance. You shouldn't have any problem.
Edit: The 3% resist is nice to have, but with very little resistance to stack on, it won't be a big enough difference to notice.

Any set that has KB protection built into it almost always has KB resistance as well.
At 10,000% resistance, You could be hit with every KB power in the game at once and it would reduce the magnitude of all that down below where 10 points of KB protection would stop it.

Panacea seams to be making a real difference. Still having some troubles but I need to play more to figure out what the issue is.
I guess I will move that slot to Weave put another LoTG in it. Not mutch else I can do with it.
The Titan Weapon bosses have a build up type power. When they hit it you have to kite out of sight for 15 seconds then return to kill them.

Panacea should be unnoticeable unless you were near the edge of sustainability on endurance and are in some really long fights. An occasional heal for 65 hit points can and with enough at-the-edge play will save you, but the chance of it doing so in any specific handful of encounters is very small.

to my knowledge the titan weapon knives of veng bosses do have the new version of MoG which is why they become near unhittable for about 15 sec if they are not locked down with mez when they get low hp
and ouch, 2000 ping prolly is not helping either lol

Some questions about your build:
I don't usually rely on incarnate powers to deal with endurance recovery - is your incarnate layout really enough to fix the endurance problems with this build?
I would dump Serendipity for 3 slotting LotG. That will yield much better hit points and regen. Take the 4 saved slots from Deflection and Battle Agility and add two slots to Stamina for a 6 slotted Performance Shifter set. That change will save you two total slots, give you more hit points and regen, give you more AoE defense, give you another 2.5 damage bonus, and give you 3 more 7.5 global recharge IOs.
Put those extra slots into Manuevers and slot with 3 LotG. That will give you extra defense, endurance management, hit points, and regen.
I wouldn't run BS/Shield without Aid Self unless it was for concept (ie. I was a magic oriented character.) Since Targeting Drone is important enough to your concept that you would gimp your build I would be surprised if Aid Self didn't fit into that concept.
Your Whirling Sword slotting is interesting. Doubling up your ATO is providing 3.75 melee, which is the same bonus as full Obliteration. Replace that with Obliteration and you will gain accuracy and recharge at the cost of hit points, but you will also free up the set to add 5 slotted into a power to get another 10% recharge and 4% damage. Something to consider.
You seem to be favoring hit point bonuses, but then undercutting True Grit. By failing to slot it for full healing you are losing a whopping 6% hit points. I'd keep 4 slots in True Grit and move one slot to health. True Grit can then be Steadfast Res/Global Defense, Heal Heal while Health gets the uniques for Numina, Miracle, Panacea and Regen. That would increase your Hit Points by another 6% at a lose of 1% resistance to F/C/E/N. To be honest your resists aren't high enough for a 1% to make a noticable difference, but 6% health coupled with your regen will be better I think.
You are wasting a lot of slotting on End Recovery to keep Targeting Drone when you could be taking Tactics or Focused Accuracy and Conserve Power and/or Physical Perfection. Can't you use the veteran Drone pet and the Lore drones to get across the concept so you can fix up your build?

Honestly I don't have much End issues with this build. Sometimes I will need to eat a blue at the end of a spawn when fighting bosses but for the most part Ageless supports me just fine.
I have to keep targeting drone. It would be like Booster Gold without Skeets. I do have the vet drone as well but Targeting Drone is better because it is a toggle. No need to worry about it lagging behind or dieing.
Aid Self is a power I hate it's interpretable, slow, and frankly boring... I'm a scraper darn it! I do damage and tank.
Many thanks Moonlighter. Your suggestions would look something like this, but it's over the rule of 5 on +10% Regen bonus twice.
Slotting 1/2 and 1/2 of the ATE set was a mistake! I was just seeing how it would affect me until I got enough enhancement catalysts. I use to have Obliteration in WS I replaced it with the ATE because it was the only one I felt I could put it in without loosing something more important.

~ I'd change the Build Up slotting to Adjusted Targeting Rech and End/Rech and add in a Rech IO. That saves one slot.
~ I hate crash powers so I'd change Tough to use Glad Armor Def/TP Prot and Glad Armor Def/End. That keeps the recovery bonus. That lets you drop One With the Shield and pick up another power. I'd look at Grant Cover with another +Recharge if only for more Defense Debuff resistance.
Some players like the panic button crash powers though so take that advice with a grain of salt.
~ I'd drop a slot off Hasten. The third recharge isn't worth the slot, especially if you are relying on Ageless to solve End issues. If it bugs you then take your +Enhancement slotters from the cards and increase the two remaining Recharge slots. That saves another slot.
~ I'd drop the Shield Wall from Combat Jumping. Your resists aren't high enough to warrant the increase. That will free a slot.
~ Id drop the Acc/Dam/End/Recharge from Whirling Sword. You are at cap in Damage and Recharge without it and the last bonus is lackluster. This frees up a slot.
With three of those free slots I'd 6 slot Weave and add a full Red Fortune. That reduces the redundant regen bonus and the unnecessary recharge (which we added to Grant Cover) and give you damage, recharge and extra Ranged for incarnate content.
Some other stuff to consider.
~ You still aren't incarnate soft capped with one Parry to melee. I still question the AoE defense - I think I'd rather swap an Obliteration into Shield Charge to get you to 58.5 melee defense. That's just shy from incarnate soft cap with one Parry, which makes you less reliant on Parry in your attack chain. It also means you can drop Parry to increase your DPS in normal content. In addition the only good Scirocco's bonus, the 10% regen, was wasted by the rule of 5. (You can use +Enhancements to reach soft cap but making your Defense IOs into +5.)
~ If this is your main there are a lot of enhancement bonuses that could be tweaked upward with Enhancement Boosters. Mako's damage IOs, LotG defense IOs, Obliteration's EndRed and Recharge IOs, Numina's Heal IOs in True Grit.
~ If you keep One With the Shield with the Gladiator IO and absolutely need more AoE you can squeeze out 1.56% by three slotting Tough with an Aegis. You could even 5 slot it (instead of 6 slotting Weave) with Aegis for the extra 3.13 AoE defense to replace the Scirrocco's. This is just an alternate build strategy to keep in mind as you slot your build.

Well what I've learned today is that...
L54 PPD are mean but doable. L54 Arachnos are a cake walk thanks to corner pulls and caltrops.
And that I can't fight AV's. Black Scorpion kills me in two hits. TWO! I don't even have time to get parry stacked twice. The one time I did go in with everything on med purple insp, Lore, accolades. I just couldn't do enough damage and because he can taunt now I can't kill the bosses around him.
I'm not as crazy as Werner. I use my judgment, hybrid, destiny abilitys whenever their up. I use Inspirations too. I try to avoid useing the Lore pets unless it's an EB/AV. I and I don't use any temps either. I do use my Nem staff every now an then tho.
But it's his taunt I'm having issues with. When he dose that and I can't kill off the bosses around him which makes fighting him difficult.
Honestly tho I'm fine with that. AV's were never really meant to be soloed any way.
Ah I see how it is. I must now revoke my scraper card now that I have admitted defeat. I can feel you all looking down upon my under-performing concept character with disdain
I got side tracked with my going through DA Crab, he can almost match my scraper in kill speed and durability despite his complete lack of in set DDR. But that is irrelevant. I have taken some more of your suggestions into consideration. But I have a few questions.
1. You say I should use Enhancement Boosters on Mako's damage IO's why? Damage is the one thing Mako's do well. It seems better to use them on the acc/end/rec and acc/dam/end/rech IO's to boost those values to the point ED is affecting them.
2. Defense and Enhancement Boosters even if I use 55 boosters on most of my +def IO's I only gain .6 def. Just doesn't seem to be worth the investment to me. If it is could you explain why?
So here is the Re-revised build. I may take the other Steadfast out of True Grit to put the Ragnarok KD IO into Caltrops in addition to the Overwhelming force IO. But that is going to be dependent on how well the Overwhelming force IO works on its own.

Right so I posted this in the build workshop and nobody responded so.... yea
I'm made a few changes since that post any way.
I have targeting drone for thematic reasons. I really don't want to lose it.
Whats killing me in DA is the KOV bosses. 2-4 of them gang up on me and if i don't have parry dubblestacked I die. I don't know about BP I haven't had to deal with them much so far apart from the few ambush groups in the first ark which went fine... Knock on wood...
Assume INF isn't an issue but I don't want to spend any real money on this right now.
(What is the iTrial soft cap anyway? its 60%ish right?)
