Chad Gulzow-Man has a thread that is updated every Tuesday with the sales and new items.
I would recommend subscribing to the thread to keep track of it

The people who update the market, and the Community team, are different people. Grant you, they normally have the threads up by 10 am Tuesday, which seems to not be the case today.

I meant a thread that's updated per week, a single thread. I don't see why it couldn't be done with XML. I know they post about updates, but one place on the main site would be nice.

The more appropriate question to ask is "What will go right?"

You apparently know what you are doing.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Another week I skip, as the only things I'm interested in from the Paragon Market are powers, emotes, and costume pieces.
Since I'm at work AND can't find any announcements, anyone able to tell me what's new in the market?
