Ouroboros is the way to repeat them. Sorry.

Second, once you've run through 'em once you gotta hit the missions up in Ouroboros, like any other story content in the game.

Just be careful: the arcs that have reward tables at the end WON'T let you choose the same rewards. For instance, if you do the first arc and choose "Astral or Empyrian merit", you won't get to choose "Astral/Emp merit" after the second mission (at least, not for 20 hours). This is offset by Archangel gabriel who'll reward you with I-Merits for completing all the arcs.

Oh, and Crimson demands you play this arc-> Twisted Knives (MA Arc #397769)
Note that Gabriel will only give you a reward once a week, so you can wait 20 hours between re-doing each arc, grab the Merits each time, and still be able to get Gabriel's reward.
