An odd concept Ice/ElecM/Fire
Sorry no comment on the build... I was more curious whats your concept?
Build or Character?
The build is meant to be an AoE machine. Jump in the middle of a group, Lightning Rod/Melt Armor/Thunderstrike/Fireball everything to death. Chain Induction to help fill the gaps between attacks.
The characters name is Elemental Templar. He's basically a magical knight, although I haven't fleshed out the details of his story yet. I just thought it was odd because his powers are so different, thematically.
This would be closer to how I'd build an Ice tank. You're still soft capped to s/l/e/n before EA. More balanced on endurance management/recovery. Not a big fan of Melt Armor on a tank as I don't think you're getting all that much out of it for the endurance cost, but I left it in there for you. You're accuracy on some powers are slightly down, but your accuracy through the build is much higher. I also beefed up some of your ST attacks. Eventually you'll get down to having only bosses to fight, and AoEs are a slow way to defeat them.
I also toggled on the four accolades I like getting for the permanent +hp and +end: Atlas Medallion, Freedom Phalanx, Task Force Commander, and Portal Jockey. They do make a difference. I didn't include any incarnate abilities.
Anyway, take a look at the build and see if you like any of the changes/recommendations I made. If nothing else it may give you some ideas. Hope you like it.

Thanks. I like the build. You make a good point about melt armor and needing single target attacks for bosses. I hadn't even considered that.
So here is a slightly tweaked version of the build you gave me. I put in some Aegis because I thought the Fire defense could use some improvement. Fire is pretty much the only major weakness this build has and I wanted to minimize that risk as much as possible. I also turned on the Agility Alpha just for kicks.

Maybe I shouldn't assume "concept" always means backstory.
I see that you dropped Melt Armor and spread the slots around. If you're going to go with this build, I'd probably drop a Nucleolus Exposure Hami-O in Fire Blast. If you've got any enhancement boosters you could up the levels on your Hasten and Build Up IOs.
And one thing I forgot to mention: I'm not sure you'll need the recharge in Hibernate, as it is effected by phasing cool down. I don't recall the specifics, but I believe you will only be able to use Hibernate, or any other Phasing power, once every 90 secs.

I was thinking that same thing. When I see "concept" I always think "character concept" and all I saw was a Build, which isn't interesting to me. I think you also might be scaring away the true build enthusiasts by tossing "concept" in the thread title.

It's been a very long time since I last posted a build to the forums. I was working on an Ice Stalker and I liked it so much that I decided to work on a Tanker build. Admittedly, I'm not sure how good this is. It seems decent, but I'm used to working with Brute numbers. Never really messed with Tanks much.
Anyway, I thought this was an interesting concept, but the Endurance worries me. Can someone please take a look and tell me what you think? Thanks.
PS: Yes, this is an attempt at a farm build. That's why most of the single target attacks have Mocking in them. They're mulls for bonuses.
