I assume that this is all a mistake and that what the devs intended was to have Numina help out in that mission against Diabolique instead of Ms. Liberty. Ms. Liberty only made sense when it was Statesman that had been captured. It would make far more sense in the arc to have people with a personal relationship with Positron come to his aid instead. |

Speaking of Maria's arc... she also has completely forgotten about States. Her new dialog indicates that Posi is the most powerful she's ever known (or something close to that).
