They'll be back up. Gotta be patient.
I wouldn't be surprised if there was a small patch rolled out.
The list of known issues had a couple of things that may need immediate attention.
There's also speculation of the new SSA being released today, so it could be included in that patch (if a patch is needed to add SSAs to the live servers, I'm not sure).

Because it's pretty much changing the price, like they do with Freebie "Friday".
