They are Arachnos Repairmen, I believe

They appear in the STF to repair the towers while you're fighting Recluse.

Yeah they're Arachnos Repairmen. Dunno what they're doing away from Grandville though. Recluse is gonna be upset 
They must've just been put there for show. They're Underling class (Below Minions) and don't have any offensive powers to speak of. All they really do is heal the towers on the Recluse Strike Force. Interestingly, they also have Repair so if you're up against a Bots MM you might have a tough time lol.

) I saw these guys in a mission as well, I'm guessing the same one, Investigate D-SEC in First Ward? I also saw a number of Carnival of Light and Vanguard NPC's just standing around not really doing anything and not targetable, I'm not sure if it's WAI but I bugged it just to be safe

They are also around the new interdimensional portals red side.
Encountered these guys standing around in a mission. Didnt interact with anything and couldnt be targeted. Anyone seen them before?
