Wow, they literally just did s/Sister Psyche/Penelope Yin. That would be hilarious if it weren't so sad.

When being given the mission from Maria Jenkins to stop Mother Mayhem in Waxahachie Business Park, the mission text states: "Penelope Yin's Praetorian counterpart is called Praetor Tilman by those who back Cole's regime, and Mother Mayhem by those who oppose it."
Mother Mayhem's bio in-mission still uses the name Shalice Tilman.
