Hybrid Assault question.
Does the Detailed Info tab on the powers in the tree not give the info you are looking for? It looks specific to me, but I'm not a numbers player, so maybe it's missing something(?).
I too would like to know the answer to this question. The detailed info for Assault Radial is this:
+Grants power Doublehit
+Grants power Lockout
+Grants power Assault Boost Very Rare
And only "Assault Boost Very Rare" has any actual addition information in the form of the 10% Damage bonus you get.
EDIT: This is from the T4 version if you can't tell.
You may want to try looking in the feedback threads in the Beta forums.
Since you are VIP you can access that section of the forums.
EDIT: You could also try the usual source for information about the game. ParagonWiki
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
ParagonWiki says nothing beyond what little the game says last I checked.
And as far as I know the I23 beta forum doesn't say anything either. I'll look again just to be sure and post any info I find here...
EDIT: Yeah, I didn't find anything in the beta forum either. Come on guys, it's not cool to suggest places to look when they don't have what you're looking for. It SHOULD at least have some info in the beta forum. I don't know why there's so little information on something that's wholly new to everyone. This makes about as much sense as making the new trial the only way to unlock Hybrid. :/
It scales with the power's recharge time, much like PPM proc chances. If anyone has figured out and posted the full formula, I haven't seen it, but we do have a bunch of samples.
Lots of numbers in, say, this thread. Since that thread, doublehit has gained a ceiling on its damage (at 20 seconds), since certain very-long-recharge powers were dealing hundreds of damage, but otherwise the numbers should still be valid AFAIK.
A decent chunk of the formula is on RedTomax here. It contains a reference the area factor for a power, which I believe we have elsewhere. It's...
1+(Radius*0.15)-(Radius*0.00036667)*(360-Arc)
Arc there is the angle of cones in degrees. Spheres have a 360 degree arc.

If someone could gather up the information in a neater package than the thread linked up there *points*, I would love to update the wiki to include better numbers.

How does double hit work with DoT powers; does it front-load the bonus based on the powers' accumulated damage total?
What about DoT rain/patch powers? Damage Auras? DoT pet powers like Creepers, Tornadoes, etc?
Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
*Arc #95278-Gathering the Four Winds -3 step arc; challenging - 5 Ratings/3 Stars (still working out the kinks)
*Arc #177826-Lights, Camera, Scream! - 3 step arc, camp horror; try out in 1st person POV - 35 Ratings/4 Stars
Also, that formula seems to imply that single target attacks deal no additional damage. What's the arc/radius on those?
Zero, of course, which means those terms disappear and leave an area factor of 1.
Okay, what's the minmax(base(rechargetime) of a power?
That caps recharge at 20 seconds, and floors it at 1, for purposes of the calculation.

Well, some information is better than none, thanks to everyone that's contributed thusfar.
Thanks.

Does anyone happen to have some actual numbers for the Radial Hybrid Assault side of the tree? Perhaps from testing in beta or better yet, maybe a dev wants to chime in on this. Knowing that they have a "low", "moderate" or "high" chance to do a "portion" of my damage doesn't actually let me compare those powers to my other options very well.
