I'm honestly glad to see that people like this aura, because it just doesn't seem to appeal to me.
I say that without any intent to insult at all and I am truly happy to see that people do like it!
Just a style/taste thing... and I'm glad, because I was starting to think it might just not be done well... but obviously that's not the case and it's just my opinion... and that makes me happy.
Although, I have been meaning to take a look at it in the game world, as opposed to just the costume screens.

Its a decent enough aura, it just doesn't say "battle fury" to me. I would have named it something like Plasma Aura or possibly Electron Aura.

Oh, and I supposed I should just say that what seems to be off for me about the aura is that maybe the shading or that it looks a little 2Dish to me.
Again, since others like it, that's good enough for me. Just figured I'd mention why I said I didn't care for it. I'm figuring it is just a style or representing something that I never had any interest in representing.

That's what I love about this game. Just because something doesn't fit most situations doesn't mean it's not cool for a specific use.
