First off why energy adapters in stamina, plus u have 1 to many in it which puts u over the rule of 5. Your maneuvers is going to eat up lot of your end. Why did u take fault? From my understanding it is a KB which is bad for tanks being a melee set. That is what I see so far at a quick glance.

Fault is a knockDOWN/disorient and a great mitigation tool.

Actually, I think the build you posted is quite solid, and I'd just recommend a few changes.

LSK is right about Stamina, I'd pull a slot and use Perf Shifter End Mod, +End, plus a End Mod common.

I'd also pull a slot from Health--probably the Regen Tissue.

Use one of the slots you freed up to add a MotT +Res to Lightning Field, and the other for a LotG Def/End/Rchg in Maneuvers since it's currently underslotted for end reduction.

I'd also replace the Stupefy Chance of KB in Fault with the Acc/Stun/Rchg. Fault is KD for most foes, but when that proc hits it's going to KB instead, *not* a good idea.

You could also squeeze in a little more resistance by switching to a Resilient alpha instead of Cardiac since this build shouldn't be needing additional end reduction, but your call.

I like Finduilas's build, but I went a slightly different direction. I've always felt that Maneuvers has never been worth the endurance, so I tried adjusting your build to make up for not having it. You're still hitting the 32.5% defense for S/L, and 31.5% for E/N. It's also eked out a little more F/C defense and gained a tiny bit more recharge. I'm assuming the defense is what you wanted (you never told us).

Taking some slots from Health and Stamina for Fault to be 6-slotted for Mocking (for S/L and rech), and swapping out Boxing with Kick (for E/N) and changing your LF slotting a little. I also replaced Maneuvers with Stealth to keep your LotG.
