Gravitic Interface assist?

Please and thank you (in advance).

I'm looking at Interfacing both a Thugs/ MM and a (currently Cog-slotted) Plant/ Controller with the Gravitic Radial tree.

Is the base amount of -rech/-special 10% or is that the max percentage allowable after stacking?

Has anyone used this with either of the above powersets?

Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
*Arc #95278-Gathering the Four Winds -3 step arc; challenging - 5 Ratings/3 Stars (still working out the kinks)
*Arc #177826-Lights, Camera, Scream! - 3 step arc, camp horror; try out in 1st person POV - 35 Ratings/4 Stars

Judging from what I'm reading on Paragon Wiki, the base debuff is 10% for all the various Gravitic effects, stackable 4 times, so max debuff of 40%.

Can't comment on usage with any particular sets though.

Champion 50s (blueside): Marc Bridge, Nicole Bridge, Fred Blaze, Colleen Storms, Sun's Chariot, Moon's Huntress, Point of Pride
Guardian 50s (redside): Connie Mand
AE arc: Spirit Plane Invasion, #29282, @Honbrid

Thanks. I was thinking that as well but was looking for an affirmation.

So G-Radial could have up to a -40% rech, -40% recov and 40% pseudo-weaken effect (sans damage debuff)? Does that sound effective on a Plant/Storm or a Thug/Dark to you guys?

The best debuff is -HP

Dead mobs don't need anything else.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

Not that I want to see a re-hash of the Reactive vs Degenerative debate again (and I'm good on damage)... but I was hoping to stick to the topic at hand; Gravitic, thanks.

Unless you have a boat load (thinking greater than -200%) -recharge is not that effective against most mobs. Same with -recovery.

40% recharge debuff isn't much by itself -- IIRC, it works out to about a 20% increase in survivability. The /storm has plenty to stack it with, though, and with recharge debuffs, the more you have, the more effective each additional little bit is.

But by the time you have that much stacked... the target should be dead and the debuff is moot.

I can build stacks fairly quickly on my Plant (haven't done too much work on my Thugs, so I can't say for sure on that).

Outside of the recharge debuff, any comments on the 'weaken' aspect of it?

Have you ever played a plant/storm? You get lots and lots and lots and lots of little attacks, so it doesn't take very long for the procs to build up. And since almost everything you're throwing out is an AoE, you're busy stacking it up on an entire group or even an entire room. "The target should already be dead" only applies if you're generating big orange numbers. Plant/Storm doesn't -- instead, it generates floods of little orange numbers.
