Trickshooter's Hyper-Intellect (Powerset Suggestion)
Trickshooter, love the set. It does work with a great number of builds providing a natural buff/debuff set. I also loved Kirsten's idea of having multiple animations so that the set would inherently be able to fit into many different themes.
This would work perfectly for all sorts of characters, especially if there were multiple animation sets:
Best for: Natural/Science: Various Equations and Theorems float in midair. Mutant/Natural: Various parts of the target's body glow Psych-style. Magic: Instant Runes Technology: a HUD appears over the user, Some effects on the target. I'd totally reroll one of my mains with this. |

If Masterminds didn't suck, they'd be the most powerful AT in the game.
Well that's a huge compliment, so thank you, but unfortunately I'd need a lot of game development experience, and I'm just a graphic designer.
Rename it to 'smart ***' and I'll sign.
But seriously, I'm digging the abilities. Numbers can be tweaked so I usually ignore them. As for the level shift, it's a cool idea as we have no sets that utilize this new(er) function. As for the gimmick attached to the set, eh. Could take it or leave it.
