Apparently you are talking about a different card from what I know of.
My bank issues Debit Cards with the Visa logo.
My game account has been paid for using that card since the game was released.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Other possibilities are forgetting to include the leading zeroes and incorrectly including the spaces separating the number groups.
Its also possible that if your card is not a UK or US bank issued card the verification systems are rejecting it - If that is the case you may be better linking your card to a paypal account and pay using that.

Aside from the fact that the 'security question' confirmation is STILL not working right for someone in the EU (I.e. I have to do it every god damned time...) have NC stopped letting people use Visa Debit cards for their accounts? I tried entering my new one in, and it told me 'the number you have entered is invalid for that card type'.
I had 'Visa' selected, so does that only work for Credit Cards, and not Debit Cards? Come of us still have them, you know!
