How does Going Rogue work with PPP and APP

So I'm trying to figure out if Hero/Villian Archtypes who have "Gone Rogue" have access to their original Patron Power Pools or Ancilary Power Pools.

IE If a Controler goes rogue and is a villian do they gain access to the Patron Power Pools, or are they still locked into their Ancilary Power Pools. Or Alternatively does a Mastermind that is functionally a hero use the Ancilary Power Poop instead of the Patron Power Pool?

Everyone 35+ can access the APPs, regardless of where they start and what AT.

Everyone 35+ can use the PPPs if and only if they have completed any one of the 4 Patron Arcs (which you have to be a villain/rogue to do). Once the story arc has been done, alignment doesn't matter (and you can respec between the PPPs, or to the APPs, and back).

Check out the AT pages on ParagonWiki.com to see what APP/PPP each AT gets (generally, a hero AT and a villain AT are paired up and get the same set of APP and PPP).

A hero that turns villain can then do one of the patron arcs to unlock Patron Power Pools. If he/she/it then goes back to Hero, he can still use PPPs.

Unsure how it works for villains, if they need to switch side or not, but APPs are available for them

Kheldians and Arachnos ATs don't get APPs, and Khelds don't get PPPs either.
