Beam Rifle/Traps Corrupter, looking for a good build
If I'm not mistaken (which I could be wrong in all honesty), I believe Hover is counter-productive to a handful of Traps' powers. Meaning that you cannot active or use them from the position of Hover. Just a small thought.
Someone might need to verify this though. :P

Here is the build I use. With the upcoming changes to procs I'm not sure how effective it will be (Thanks again Devs!). I might just retire him rather than create a new build and spent time shopping for it.

First, a few words on this:
- I did the best I could but I'm sure I messed this up quite a bit. Feel free to go crazy and change anything you think needs changing.
- I am set on using Hover as well as Teleport. First because my game tends to have massive lag spikes on teleporting and I need Hover to stay airborne until they go away. Second, because Hover is just a really good defensive power on ranged characters.
- I'm not really married to the ancillary power pool I chose. Honestly, I just chose it because I had to put something. None of them really mesh with my character's...um...character any better than the others, so if you have a better suggestion feel free.
- If it helps I'm a vigilante.
