Perma Dom Build gives you a good amount of def ranged specifically and a lot of recharge
205% recharge with hasten 42.0% ranged def 35.6% energy and negative with toggles and mind link active. Pretty Expensive but well worth it.

I have been playing this build for a while and i love it has good survival.
So i figured i would share my build for anyone interested.

UPDATE! Added 6 slot to confuse for the additional 5% ranged i changed it later in game took 1 slot
from endurance and added to that since i don't need the recovery with ageless recovery buff.

I have something similiar, but my ranged defense is above 50 when I pop link minds.

Catch is, even this kind of defense leaves you kind of sketchy in DA against +2s. Normal content is highly trivial, but DA content can be really rough, depending on the enemies.

You might want to drop a slot of of hasten (it'd still be perma) and put a lockdown proc in shadowfield. Increasing the hold duration will also make a significant difference, although you might not need it.

Yeah but you have to take in account that i have lots of -tohit debuffs witch also help and mobs in DA even at 54 are only 1 lvl higher then me since i am lvl 53 in that zone. i have done lots of DA mishes with no issues from them they are trivial plus in teams with all the buffs is also a big difference and when i pop gather shadows i also get a boost so i can manage alphas really well long enough to lock them down.

In DA if you are +3 it isn't a problem. If you aren't +3, it is a problem. Content outside of DA though tends to be pretty trivial with a build like this. I wonder how it will fare in future content where we may be facing +4-+6 content possibly.
