Two thoughts:
1) Is the crafting screen one of the screens that has an option to hide all recipes that you don't have the salvage for?
2) Are you perhaps using an arcane worktable and looking for a tech item?

Silly Q, is this item a group unlockable item? IE: do you have to say heal X number of people while in SG mode in order to unlock it?

I looked on wiki and I think you are trying to build a teir 2 item on a teir 3 table. Try making a expert table and look for your item.
My first guess was item/sg unlock as well but I didn't see any criteria for an unlock. I think you're good to go.
I've tried all three types of Tech tables (Basic, Advanced, and Expert) and Advanced Terminal isn't listed on any of them. Advanced Corner Terminal is (on the Expert Table) but not Advance Terminal.

Did you make sure this is set to show all items, whether you have the salvage or not?

I guess you'll have to unlock it by SG badge or by building something that opens it up. I am not sure. What I do know is that I built a advanced table and had no problem seeing an advanced terminal option to build. I hope I helped with your problem.

According to Paragon Wiki, creating an Advanced Terminal requires an Expert Worktable. However, when I put one in my base, Advanced Terminal isn't listed. I've tried Basic and Expert Worktables as well and neither of them list Advanced Terminal either. What am I doing wrong?
