Levels 20-30 instances?
The zones you should be targetting for 20-30 content blueside are Talos Island and Independence Port. (You'll find more players and better teaming opportunities in Talos, as well as better access to amenities such as stores and travel.) Redside, you should be hanging out on Sharkhead Island.
Popular activities in that level range include the new Drowning in Blood Trial (available to both heroes and villains, just like DfB), the Admiral Sutter Task Force (20-40), Sister Psyche Task Force (20-25) and Citadel Task Force (25-30) for heroes and the Mortimer Kal Strike Force (20-40), Silver Mantis Strike Force (20-25) and Operative Renault Strike Force (25-30) for villains.
I'm not going to tell you what you should and shouldn't do (other than you should do whatever you find the most fun), but running Death from Below repeatedly until you hit level 20 does not give you a realistic representation of the game as a whole, especially since it limits you to the powers you gain before level 10 at best. As you progress, you'll find that enemies have different strengths and weaknesses, and you're just getting to the point where new enemies will have the ability to use mez and debuff powers on your characters. Your play style will have to evolve as you progress through the content, and you might have some catching up to do if all you've ever done is fight Hellions, Vahzilok and Lost so far.
Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges
Mission Architect arcs: Doctor Brainstorm's An Experiment Gone Awry, Arc ID 2093

You can also speak to a detective/broker contact (there's 1 in any city zone) to receive a police radio (blueside) or newspaper (redside). Doing repeatable missions will build your reputation with the appropriate contact (the detective/broker in the zone appropriate to your level) Then you can do a special mission and afterward the contact will give you a choice of new mission contacts.
You also have the opportunity to unlock a new costume slot and the ability to wear capes. For the new costume slot, visit the tailors in Steel Canyon (blueside) or Cap Au Diable and they'll give you a mission that, upon completion, will award you a new costume slot.
Likewise, speaking to the City Representative in Atlas Park City Hall or Mr. Rodney in Cap Au Diable (use the 'find contact' button) will offer you missions that will unlock capes when you finish.
There is also DiB (Drown in Blood) trial which is 20-50.
To the OP:
In my opinion, you should check the forum section for your server to see if there is a list of the active global channels. If not, post and ask. I do most of my teaming from my global friends, supergroups or the global channels. The only time I hang out in a general gathering place for content is for the Incarnate Trials (level 50 VIP content).

Pretty sure DiB has an exemp cap much lower than 50 >>
It does. My impression was that the previous poster was indicating at what levels you could participate, so I corrected it in the same fashion. I don't recall the level but, since it's in Bloody Bay, I would guess it's 25.

Hello, I did Death from Below 1-20, which was fun. Now I am 20 and want to know, where do people meet up for level 20-30 instances?
What are the most popular instances for 20-30? Villain and Hero
Thanks
