CURSE YOU! I've now spent like an hour on TVTropes.
Accidentally ran across this on TVTropes...
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OneOfUs ...and it pleases me greatly. Since not only are there more semi-out celebrity geeks than I'd ever dreamed of, the concept of having a D&D campaign DM'd by Dame Judi Dench is nothing short of mindblowing. |
I found this amusing:

I found classic Star Trek picture of her as well as her other cosplay pictures from last few SDCCs. Not that it was hard, someone else already did the heavy lifting.

Playing in a game run by Dame Judi Dench would be surreal to be sure. But I think my vote for "what famous person would I like to have as a DM for a D&D campaign" would have to go to Stephen Colbert. He's dropped so many gaming references on his show over the years that I would be shocked to learn that he's never actually run a game before. Besides we already know how well he can "play in character" based on how well his show does in the first place.
