Regen broots are pretty legit if you never want to die, but they won't kill much in zone.
Since KM is essentially useless now, I don't know what to tell you about Scrappers for zone. Maybe MA or Fire would be good, Eagle Claw's crit is actually better then the old CS pre-nerf.
