I find that "Self Destruct" is the best power to show off to newbies near Ms Liberty, preceeded by shouting out, "Oh God! I chose the wrong power! Learn from my mistakes!!"

Back in the day, when I was a brand newbie on Infinity, there was always bunch of players doing jumping jacks behind Ms Liberty. I didn't know about emotes, so I didn't know how they were doing it. Or why. I'd watch them for a bit sometimes and then moved on. I never bothered to ask them because I figured I'll learn about such things as I progressed. Of course, later on I figured they were probably AFK, especially because back then, there wasn't the auto-log out for inactivity.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

I also hand over any surplus to requirements enhancements I may have in my tray. A lvl 50 SO (single origin) enhancement will fetch 23,00 inf at any store, a nice tidy sum to get any newbie started.

Well, there wasn't as many silly responses as I thought there would be. I am a sucker for new costumes and names myself. I have more "firsts" in my comic collection than is healthy. Thank god I quit collecting before the whole Scarlet Spider thing! I did not know about the ability to shop anywhere. That makes some sense. I am a freeb right now, so multiple chat channels, trading, gifting, tele-shopping, and sordid etc. aren't on my radar. I wish they were. Maybe someday
. It all makes more sense to me now.
Also, the clown MM is hilarious. I saw my first liger as soon as I logged on this week and thought the mods stuck it there to tease us (it was under the atlas statue just sitting there. No owner name or anything.) I also remember the first time someone blew up in the middle of the Ms. Liberty DfB crowd. Spectacular! LOL
