Yes, but it was an April fools joke.

The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.

That's not what he was referring to. Follow the link. Apparently it was a player suggestion 5 years ago that the devs never really commented on, so I don't see where he'd get the idea that there might be "word" on it...

He doesn't have any idea one way or the other. Hence the question.

Incarnate Powers pretty much fill the roll of what Signature Powers would be. Not entirely, mind you, but it's hard to see where they would fit now.

"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill

It was my take that Judgement (and to a lesser degree, Destiny) were the best approximation of signature powers that we'd be getting. We may see both these incarnate slots fleshed out with even more themes. They all tend to take customization colors quite well. A couple more iSlots like these with a range of power selections half as deep as the current Lore slot options and you'll pretty much have what Ultimus suggested so many years ago.

Or, again, the very best that could reasonably be accomplished with the way the game works versus the breadth of playerbase imaginations.
