You're still VIP until then, so yeah, it should have no impact. You just won't be renewing automatically once it's over.

I forgot it was one day before the Statesman Loyalty Program period was about to expire, and I cancelled my VIP status -- but my account is still VIP through 4/26, so does that mean I'll still get the Program loot?
