I run with:
3 nucleolus exposures in each pet power. Gets act and dam up near cap.
1 bm dam/end and imo. Swift. % smashing dam in prince. Also 50 endred io.
2 ribosome exp in demons and 1 golgi.
1 bm act/dam/end, 1 endred io in demonlings.
This addresses end issues for all poweres pets use, keeps acc/dam high and boosts peripheral traits.

This is just the henchman powers for the demon half of a demon/cold Mastermind, but here's what I've got and why. (I did the cold domination in another Mids build for a corr, if you're wondering how that works.)
In the Demonlings, I put a full set of Edict of the Master. I wanted the global bit from it, and it'll give me good accuracy and endurance reduction with capped damage, so why not? I had slots to spare, so I don't need to frantically compress with frankenslotting on this.
For the Demons, I used four pieces of Blood Mandate (leaving out Acc and Acc/End), along with the Resistance bonus of Sovereign Right. Again, good accuracy and endurance reduction, with ED capped damage. I used Blood Mandate instead of Sovereign Right because Sovereign Right's set bonuses aren't as good.
For the Demon Prince, I used five pieces of Blood Mandate (leaving out the Acc) and the Impeded Swiftness damage proc from the slow sets. Again, really good accuracy, damage, and endurance reduction, and I added the proc because basically everything it can do is a slow, and thus has a chance to set off the proc.
For Hell On Earth, I used the acc/dam/rech, end/dam/rech, and proc from both of the Recharge Intensive Pet sets. This gives it good accuracy and endurance reduction, and pretty good damage and recharge, although at around 76% it's not as good as I'd like. But since the entire point here was a place to stick the +res and +def globals, I figure it's good enough.
You can condense the slots pretty heavily if you use Hami-Os and crazy frankenslotting, if you need to. I didn't for this build because Cold doesn't really need a ton of slots to shine, so I had plenty free to play with. Or I will if they ever get around to proliferating Cold Domination to Masterminds, anyway...
Unless it was changed, most of demon prince's powers do not benefit from endurance reduction from blood mandate, only endredux from slow sets (as his attacks have slows), and hammi-Os, IOs and regular enhancers (ie, SOs).

HelinCarnate:OMG it is so terrible. I have the option to take 3 more powers but no additional slots. Boo F'ing hoo.
I played around a lot to see what I could do. Like the others I save some room by putting all 5 aura powers into Hell on Earth but then I used the extra slots to buff up the pets even more.
For Demonlings I wanted to give them the Soulbound Allegiance proc but nothing else really mattered. I decided they would be a good spot to get the 4 slot bonus for Command of the Mastermind. Yes it waste some power on recharge which the pets ignore but adding a Edict Of the Master Acc/End for the last slot maxes out all the stuff I care about.
I gave up on getting Ribosome HO for the Demons. They just cost too much. Instead I went with 3 Nucleolus HO and then 3 end/resist IO from the 3 level 50 sets. The PVP end/resist was a little pricey but still cheaper than a Ribosome. Oops I forgot that they had end problem with this setup. I had swapped in a Golgi to even things out. Just now I decided to switch to IO End and resist for the last two.
Finally for the Prince I wanted to give him the Impeded Swiftness Chance of Damage and hoped to give him some bonus slow. I tired a lot of combinations. You can easily get max Acc, Dam and End with 5 slots but 4 is tricky especially if you want some sort of set bonus. I eventually gave up on getting a lot of slowing and just put in Tempered Readiness Acc/Dam/Slow which allowed me to then use 2 Souldbound and 2 Blood Mandate. This gives very little slow enhancement.
No Sig
I think it really depends on what you are going for as far as "optimization" but since you don't rely on set bonus's I don't suppose what I did would be at all beneficial.
In Tier 1 and the Prince, I full slotted blood mandates for the positional defense. With my demons, I tankermind and while I won't tell another MM how to play, I do think that demons are one of the better sets to go that route since, while they themselves have variable amounts of resists, their defense is a bit off which is what I make up for in my secondary.
As for my Tier 2, I went a bit differently. My demon MM is one of the few that has no heals other then Triage beacon so I semi-rely on the Tier 2 demons for healing. I slotted it with Edict of the Master: Defense Bonus, Sovereign Right: Resistance Bonus, two Numina Heals (for the HP regen) and 2 Soulbound (also for the HP regen)
As for Hell on Earth, because I didn't have many slots, left, I only slotted it with an MM ATO Recharge/AOE Def and Call to Arms Defense aura. Personally, I can't see why any MM would 6 slot with ATO's.. 4 slotting for the 10% recharge possibly but even that, I can find better ways to get recharge. For demons though, the ATO Recharge/AOE Def is optimally slotted in Hell on Earth.
Also, as for the procs in Demon Prince.. I haven't played much with these but have heard from others the impeded swiftness damage proc does work well there. The only reason I never slotted it there myself is because it would lower my range defense below soft cap.
I completely forgot about the Impeded Swiftness proc for the Demon Prince...it makes a LOT of sense since almost all of his attacks also slow...
My Demon MM is Demons/Time. Right now I have them slotted like so:
Demonlings...full set of Blood Mandate
Demons.. 3 BM (ACC/DAM, ACC/DAM,END, DAM/END) 2 SoulBound Allegiance (DAM, DAM/END) and 1 Golgi (HEAL/END)
Demon Prince.. 5 BM (all but ACC), 1 Endoplasm (ACC/MEZ)
Hell On Earth... the 2 +Resist enhancements, the 2 +Defense enhancements, and the ATO +AoE Defense
After reading, I might have to drop one of the BMs in the Prince and pick up the Impeded Swiftness... /goes and pulls up Mids...

The new ATO has shaken up the thinking at least to include the extra combinations possible. Five Blood Mandates for the set bonus in Demonlings seems reasonable, as well as getting Acc and Damage up to 90% enhanced.
The Demons are their own problem. After you get your MM to level 50, in my personal opinion, at LEAST 3 Hami-Os should be utilized for resistance, endurance and heal. Personally I don't like gimping my demons damage. They have some good AoE and can flatten minions. I was using the centriole trick before they fixed the unintended exploit between damage/resist Hami-Os. I haven't really maxed out my demon/thermal since the update. I want 60% acc, 60% dmg, around 50% resistance buff, 60% endurance reduction (remember the pet damage enhancers don't mitigate the demons heal end usage), 80% heal (2 golgis?) and some pie.
I frankenslotted my Demon Prince. I have 4 Pacing of the Turtles. All the abilities that affect slow are benefitted by the accuracy, damage, and endurance reduction aspects. I have and Acc/Dmg/End Enhancer and a generic damage enhancer slotted at present. A damage HO wold boost my damage more. Currently slotted: 63% accuracy, 75% damage, Endurance reduction 60%, slow 63%, and Recharge debuff 18%. His frosty aura is a formidable slow.
I can get more Damage into the Demon Prince, but I want to keep some endurance reduction if I am overlooking a damage abilility that does not slow.

Hi all! I'd like some input on how you slotted your 2nd and 3rd tier Demons, and the reasoning behind it. I don't think I've got mine slotted to maximize everything.
In the First tier pets, Demonlings, I have the ATT that increases AoE Defense, and 5 Blood Mandates.
I've got a Ribosome HO and a Gologi HO in my 2nd tier pets, the Demons, along with 4 of the Blood Mandates.
In my 3rd tier, Demon Prince, I have 1 Endoplasm HO,2 Soulbound Allegiance, and 3 Blood Mandates.
What would the "optimal" slotting be? What have you found?
Thanks for any input!
