Refining my build
The Gladiator's Armor +3% Defense IO allows some wiggle room on your positional defense IO sets. So, which sets do you really dislike, but you took them for their defense bonuses?
Sovereign Right is the one I would probably ditch first. All those status resist bonuses are junk for a Crab Spider, and your Melee defense is still soft-capped without it.
Give the Spiderlings four slots of Expedient Reinforcement, which can include the 10% Resist unique if you want it. Slot #5 can be the Sovereign Right resist bonus unique. Slot #6 could be added to Health and slotted with the Panacea proc.
Call Reinforcements could also be tweaked a bit. Since you don't really require the ranged defense bonus that Slot #6 gives you, you could get rid of your least favorite IO from that set and replace it with a Recharge IO, giving you more quality time with your pets.
Minor point: I assume that Aegis Resist/Recharge in Fortification is meant to be a Resist/Endurance?
I do wonder something, on provoke I understand you use it for tanking/pet control. But why not 2 slot it and add a acc value to it. I assume you know that the presence power pool powers are unlike scrapper challange and tank taunts are not auto hit? Adding in two mocking beratement would add 1.8 more end to your build and bring up your recovery slightly along with decreasing your miss factor even with a fully slotted tactics. It would also help offset a tiny bit of the 1.8/1.3 with incarnate on end drain. Also if you wanted to and had slots leftover from optimizing, getting beratement to 5 slots would add more aoe and melee defence.
The only other thing I can comment on is why not switch places on SJ and combat jump so that you have a real travel power earlier? I get that this is a build used to tank things at lvl 50, and that with ninja run and beast run you dont really need a travel power as early as you used too in this game. But if you exempt at all, which I can see your not planning to anytime soon, wouldnt a true travel be better?

So nothing else people can suggest to refine my build? I'm wanting to get this done before I start work on my next project.
Maybe it's just me, but I pulled your build up in Mids. You seem to suffer on endurance quite a bit. I do like how you're over the soft cap for the 3 main positions though. I was just wondering if smash and lethal were worth getting up there too or not? Otherwise, really nice build.
